You are now free

This poem was given to me by spirit.  I have been guided that today is the day to share it with you.

I hope that it brings you joy, understanding, and a sense of deep peace.

There they are

See them go

Away and beyond

To where?

No one really knows

Believe and you will see

A land and a sea

The likes of which

Can only be dreamed

A place in the sun

A dream yet to dream

Place your hand on your heart

Blow your breath to the sky

Place your eyes on the heavens

Rest, relax, let your mind be free

Rest, relax, all will be well

Rest, relax, you are now free.
