It truly does take a village-to raise a child, to raise a barn, to raise a country-up to its highest and most balanced, safe, and glorious level.

The word “raise” as found in the dictionary- To lift or move to a higher position or level.  To increase the amount, level, or strength of.  Lift up, hold aloft, elevate, uplift, upraise, upthrust, increase.

When we lift up, encourage, and build the strength of, we are helping to combat the ability for fear to enter where it has no place.  We are creating safety, stability and strength.  To be aware, respectful of, mindful of, and prepared for, is not the same as fear.  When we are prepared and given understanding and wisdom, we do not fear.  When we know that we are not alone, we do not fear.

I have sought guidance (ad nauseum) about the “current condition our condition is in” and what I have received over and over is that fear is the enemy, fear is at the root of all evil, fear is how the imbalance began. Where or when did it begin? Well, they (my guides) say at the beginning. It is fear that allows (television, culture, society, religion, etc.) to control us, to set us apart from one another. Dividing us and creating fear is where we as a people, and as a country, have become vulnerable.

We have allowed ourselves to be controlled by fear.  We are reacting in fear; from a place of vulnerability.   We have allowed our government, our media, and most sadly each other to instill fear and disunitedness. We are attacking each other. We are hurting each other. We are teaching our children to hurt each other. We can choose to change the direction. One individual, one act, one family, one community, one state at a time.  We can choose unity.
To make it to the other side, to cross the threshold of being controlled by fear, to regain our power and true purpose, we must unite.  We must once again join each other in raising the barns, uplifting our elders, raising each other’s children.  We must discontinue attacking each other.  We can choose to uplift one another and to act with grace and dignity.  We can choose to either say something nice or not say anything at all.  It is very, very simple.  Any one of us can choose (to change direction) at any time; it is NEVER too late.  We can choose to help our neighbor, to be kind to a stranger.  We can determine that we will change the direction that we are going as a country by changing the direction that we are going in as individuals.  When we unite, we are limitless, unstoppable, and truly magnificent.  Together, we have nothing to fear.  Together we will RISE UP.

Wait for Me

Another poem given to me by spirit.  This one has given me such a beautiful sense of hope.  I wish you hope as you read these words.

Whisper my name and

I will come

Sing me a song and

I will breath you fresh air

Wait for my arrival by the nearest tree

Wait for me, wait for me, rustling leaves

Bring me a gift and

I will heal your heart

Lend me your ear

And I will tell you the truth’s

Shine like the sun

And I’ll give you the moon

Wait for me, wait for me

I’ll be there soon.

You are now free

This poem was given to me by spirit.  I have been guided that today is the day to share it with you.

I hope that it brings you joy, understanding, and a sense of deep peace.

There they are

See them go

Away and beyond

To where?

No one really knows

Believe and you will see

A land and a sea

The likes of which

Can only be dreamed

A place in the sun

A dream yet to dream

Place your hand on your heart

Blow your breath to the sky

Place your eyes on the heavens

Rest, relax, let your mind be free

Rest, relax, all will be well

Rest, relax, you are now free.

The journey home

Over the past year, I have had a number of opportunity’s to learn about the process of going home,  about the great sense of loss, grief, and pain surrounding the leaving of a loved one.  I have also learned that there is beauty, grace, joy, love, wisdom, and incredible insight that can be gained and experienced through this process.

I received this poem while in deep thought about how to help a loved one work through the recent transition/journey home of someone near and dear to them.

Journeys end

       Another begins

Wither the wind blows

        A soul knows

The way to travel on

        Never ending

In all ways bending

         Growing, following

It’s knowing

          Awake we become

And then by the drums

          We move on

Never leaving

Intention. The power within YOU

From the Merriam Webster Dictionary: Intention

1: the thing that you plan to do or achieve :

2: an aim or purpose

3a :  what one intends to do or bring about
b :  the object for which a prayer, mass, or pious act is offered
4 :  a process or manner of healing of incised wounds

5 :  concept; especially :  a concept considered as the product of attention directed to an object of knowledge.

What is your intention?

It is important to not only know what your intentions are but also to have a clear vision of your intentions.  The power of intention is incredible and if you are not tapping (no pun intended) into that power, you are missing a very effective component to achieving your goals, dreams, and good health.  Today, I want to focus a bit on how intention and brainwaves effect our health and our ability to heal.

In Tong Ren healing, the practitioner works to remove blockages that prevent the flow of health-sustaining bioelectric signals.  They use a light weight magnetic hammer(or other methods) to apply energy to particular points on an anatomical acupuncture model.  The practitioner focuses their conscious mind on points that correspond with the patients blockages; opening the blockage is their intention.  Their rhythmic and habitual tapping produces a connection between the subconscious of the practitioner and the corresponding locations on the patient’s body to open the blockages.  The subconscious connection creates a channel for transmission; drawing the diseased organ back into entrainment with the healthy bio electrical signals and powerful healing energy of the global collective unconscious.  Health is usually restored, if the conscious mind does not reject or block the process; the patient needs to relax and accept the healing energy.  So, you can see that the intention of both the facilitator and the patient is important.

Have you ever encountered a person that seems to set their mind to something and then the next thing that you know, that very thing is happening?  Those are the people that have the ability to truly set an intention and then begin to live as if it has already happened; thus it does!  It is the energy and connection to the collective unconscious that puts those things into motion; we only need to tap into all that is available.  The most wonderful and amazing thing is that it is so incredibly simple and anyone can do it!

Energy healing is very effective if we can open our hearts and minds to accept the power of that energy.  If we can focus our intention and relax into acceptance; stepping outside of our understanding of reality; we can heal.  Animals are a wonderful example of what can happen when there is open acceptance of the energy,  they are quick to heal.  The animal does not have to have intention because he/she does not block or reject the energy with unbelief, etc. The facilitator brings the animal into the collective unconscious with his or her intention for the animal and the rhythmic tapping of the points that correspond with the blockages in the animals body.

It is important to be aware of our thoughts so that we do not unwittingly set our intentions on things that do not empower, restore, or uplift.  Set your intentions for complete restoration of health, joy, prosperity, and peace.  Enjoy the journey.

Peace, Blessings, and healing to you!
